Maintenance Manager (Elk River in Minneapolis, MN

Are you an experienced professional ready to take on the challenge of a Maintenance Manager of our diesel truck repair facility.?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills to lead our team.
Your responsibilities would include supervising all shop personnel, maintaining maintenance records, preparing weekly reports,
scheduling maintenance and purchasing inventory. Must be able to operate a computer and TMW maintenance software experience is a plus.
You should be a self-starter, have above average communication skills, good problem-solving skills, and have at least 3 to 5 years of
diesel maintenance experience. Previous management experience a plus.
